As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers.

Your information is used such as to fill the order, to contact buyers if we have questions, or to sent email with special offers.

Our commitment to the security of your data is of utmost importance to us. We do not retain, sell, or pass on your information to other sources.

Shipping Information

We ship UPS for all orders to the USA & Canada. Shipping cosst will depend on where you live. If additional shipping charges appy we will notify you prior to shipping the package. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all orders that are not shipped after notification of additional shipping charges.

Do you ship internationally

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Return Policy

We guarantee that the candles will arrive in good condition or we will replace it or return the full price of the product.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 20 days of the shipment date. You will need to contact us at 302-388-4778 and get a return item number and include this with your return. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without this number. When you return an item,  please  indicate the reason for the return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Once the order is placed,  it is immediately sent to be pulled and shipped and cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the policy of returns in order to cancel the order. Once you receive the order, you may refuse it. DO NOT open the package. Return it to Superb Candles and mark REFUSED. Once we receive it back, we will refund your  money to the way we received it, NO EXCEPTIONS.
